If you still can’t find what you’re looking for, don’t hesitate to get in touch.

WHEN IS THE BEST TIME TO START SLEEP TRAINING?

Babies begin to develop predictable sleep patterns around 4 months old, making it a suitable time to begin sleep training. At this point, they have developed the ability to learn how to self-soothe. The other important part of starting to sleep train is the readiness of the parent(s) to be able to follow the sleep training plan consistently.

DOES SLEEP TRAINING MEAN THAT MY CHILD WILL "CRY-IT-OUT"?

As your little on learns new strategies for falling asleep and staying asleep, there will be some tears. Crying is a form of communication for kids but the methods that will be in your Sleep Plan will not contain letting your child to cry-it-out until they fall asleep. I will show you how to support your child in a way that will help them improve their self-soothing skills while giving them the support they need!  With many gentle sleep training methods at my disposal,

I will find the best method to help your little one doze off without excessive fuss.

Say goodbye to sleepless nights and hello to a well-rested and cheerful family!

IS THERE A RISK THAT THE BOND WITH MY CHILD WILL BE NEGATIVELY AFFECTED?

Don't worry! Sleep training won't put a dent in your parent-child bond. In fact, it can strengthen the connection! When your little one sleeps better, they wake up happier, and that means more happy time together. Plus, when parents are sleeping longer, it is easier to be relaxed during the day!

CAN YOU HELP ME TRANSITION MY CHILD FROM CRIB TO BED?

Absolutely! Consider me your transition coach from crib to bed. I'll equip you with tips, tricks, and strategies to make the switch smooth and exciting. Get ready for a big-kid adventure, where cribs become a thing of the past,

and bedtime becomes a whole new world of fun!

AM I GOING TO HAVE TO STOP BREASTFEEDING?

No, sleep training doesn't mean saying goodbye to breastfeeding. With the right sleep training approach, we'll keep your breastfeeding routine and make sure both you and your little one are happy together.

HOW LONG WILL SLEEP TRAINING TAKE?

Each child is unique! While some little ones catch on quickly, others may need a bit more time to cozy up to the new routine. By consistently following the plan, you can start seeing a big improvement within just 1-2 weeks.

Better sleep will come soon!
